Who processes your data

The data controller is Memory Photo & Video, a photo and video studio based in Kardzhali, Bulgaria. For questions about your personal data, use the inquiry form and add the note “Personal data”.

What data we process and why

Inquiries through the form

When you send an inquiry, we process your name, phone number and email, the date and place of the event, the selected offer or configuration and your message. We use them only to reply to you and prepare an offer.

Legal basis: your consent and the steps we take at your request before a possible contract. The form sends the data through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to the studio’s email. The data is not published and is not used for advertising.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics only if you allow “Statistics” in the cookie banner. Before that, no Google Analytics code is loaded and no statistics cookies are stored. The data collected, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, helps us understand which parts of the site are useful.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) only if you allow “Advertising and measurement” in the cookie banner. Before that, no Meta code is loaded and no advertising cookies are stored. With your consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives data about your visit — for example pages viewed, IP address, browser and device type and an identifier in a cookie (_fbp). We use it to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who have visited the site. Meta also processes this data for its own purposes under its own data policy, and the data may be transferred outside the European Union.

You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we stop loading the service concerned and delete its cookies from your device.

YouTube videos

Video preview images are loaded from YouTube’s (Google’s) servers, so your IP address becomes known to Google. The video player and its cookies are loaded only after you press “Play”, and from the youtube-nocookie.com address, which limits tracking.

Links to social networks and Google

Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google are ordinary links to external sites. We do not load their content in our pages and do not share data with them until you open them. The exception is the services you have allowed in the cookie banner (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).

Technical data on the server

The site is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). The hosting provider may record technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, in its logs to keep the service secure and running.

Cookies and local storage

Statistics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser (in its local storage). Cookies from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (_fbp) and YouTube can appear only if you allow statistics or advertising, or play a video.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to perform the contract and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Bulgaria — www.cpdp.bg.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date of the last change.
